The Trail: Consists of generally gentle rolling/steep farm land with scenic
views. The ride will consist of one loop of approx 30kms, and will be open for
continuous use until approx 3pm. NO RIDING IN THE PITS.
Kids Loop: APPROX 1-1.5km LONG. This is designed for young and novice riders who
are not confident on the main loop. Anybody under 16 on this loop must have
adult supervision. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO RIDING IN THE PITS.
What You Will Need: Helmets for all are compulsory. Boots (no sneakers) and
sensible clothing, ie. long sleeve shirt and long pants. A well prepared
motorcycle, spare fuel, good tyres and a good attitude.
Sign On: 8.30-9.30am, briefing at 9.40am, departing at 10.00am.
Who Can Ride: Anyone who has a 2 or 4 wheel off-road motorcycle that is in good
condition.
NO CHILDREN UNDER 7 ON THE MAIN LOOP.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a riding adult/parent/guardian.
Fees: Adult riders $35, includes lunch. Under 16 $25. Pillion $20. Family pass
(2 adults, 2 kids) $90. All fees include lunch and drink.
Where: Signposted and arrowed from Tuakau, Waikato river bridge. Approx 50 mins
from the bridge. 15km from Port Waikato.

The* JPK Animal Care Workshop* is a unique experience for kids who love animals.
Designed by a zoologist and taught by vet nurses, students learn practical
animal care and handling skills at the Animal Learning Centre,
Herne Bay.
Students will get up close with a range of pets including *lizards, chinchillas,
frogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, rats, tropical fish, axolotls, newts, mice,
turtles*, *puppies* and lots more! Also covers animal careers and animal health.
Ages 8+
The *‘Junior Petkeeper Safari’* is especially for our younger students up to 7
years.
We also run an *advanced class* for our graduates.

Nathan Homestead April School Holiday Programme
Nathan Homestead is an Arts Centre in
Manukau that includes a theatre, extensive gardens and an elegant historical
homestead originally built in 1925. The School Holiday Programme is a popular
programme that caters to up to sixty children and has classes and activities for
